With expert detailed training as our primary focus, we have developed a very specific, detailed, and concise plan that will be executed with precision and finesse over the next 3-5 years. Our first phase will include positioning Monsoon as the country's leading brand and as the most strategic retailer in Delhi/NCR. We plan on having 30+ salons over the next 3 years along with selected sites and 50 in the last 2 years. Our infrastructure is solidly in place to support such expansion, but we will be able to continue growing only when all key aspects of our business are integrated.
